Eversense® 365 CGM is not indicated for use in children.
Eversense® 365 is a continuous glucose monitoring system indicated for the management of diabetes in adults age 18 years and older.
Routine calibration is critically important to ensuring the best performance of the Eversense 365 CGM System. The following tips can help you improve your calibration measurements:
To order additional adhesives, check with your distributor that you ordered the Eversense® 365. You may be able to purchase additional white and clear Eversense® Adhesives.
The Eversense® 365 Adhesive Patch Kit includes:
- 300 White Adhesives
- 90 Clear Adhesives
The Eversense® 365 App will push a reminder when the Warm Up Phase is complete and you can begin initialization phase.
The Eversense® 365 Sensor can be used for up to a maximum of 365 days before removal.

The Eversense® 365 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System is indicated for continually measuring glucose levels for up to one year in people (18 years and older) with diabetes. The system is indicated for use to replace fingerstick blood glucose (BG) measurements for diabetes treatment decisions. Fingerstick BG measurements are required for calibration one time a week after day 13, and when symptoms do not match CGM information or when taking medications of the tetracycline class. The sensor insertion and removal procedures are performed by a health care provider. The Eversense 365 CGM System is a prescription device; patients should talk to their health care provider to learn more.
